Why can't I turn on the extended desktop on my IMac, IBook, EMac or Mac Mini?
Apple only supports this feature on its professional level products. Extended desktops are only supported in Powerbooks, G4s, G5s and MacBook Pro laptops.

Why can't I right justify or center text on my Mac?
This is a known issue that we are currently addressing.

Why doesn't the text scroll smoothly on my computer?
This can be one or a combination of things, including the speed of your CPU in combination with the size and speed of your RAM, quality of your video card, your current screen resolution and/or color depth, and the version of operating system all contribute to the scrolling quality of ProPrompterT software. The simplest things to try first are to change your screen resolution, turn on the auto adjust resolution feature and to see if there are any updates available for your particular operating system.

ProPrompter Software doesn't open certain files properly, what's wrong?
ProPrompter Software was designed to work with standard text-only files or rich text files (Version 3.0 only). Files containing stylized font data, or image data may not render correctly in this application. ProPrompter software is intended to use its own font settings to ensure consistent and uniform text for the highest level of readability.
